Job Overview
We are now looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our non-ferrous metal scrap business across Korea. Based in Busan, you will be responsible for developing new clients, maintaining existing supplier & customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms, driving sales & procurement targets, and expanding our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage non-ferrous scrap metal suppliers and customers nationwide
- Conduct market research, monitor metal price trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and logistics arrangements
- Achieve sales and procurement KPIs independently
- Build long-term business partnerships and represent our company locally
- Report business progress and market updates to the headquarters
Requirements
- Solid working experience in non-ferrous scrap metal / metal recycling industry
- Proven track record in business development, sales or procurement
- Strong negotiation, communication and networking skills
- Fluent in Korean; English proficiency is preferred (to communicate with German head office)
- Based in Busan, ready for frequent nationwide business trips
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, familiar with local metal recycling market
